The self-assessment
It asks whether gambling has cost you time at work or study. Whether you have gone back to win money back. Whether you have borrowed to play, or kept it from people close to you. Whether it has caused arguments. Whether you felt remorse afterwards. Whether it has ever crossed your mind to fund it in a way you would not normally consider.
There is no scoring band and no result screen at the end, which is deliberate — the answers are the point. More than a couple of uncomfortable ones is the signal, and it is worth acting on the same week rather than the next month.
What exists here, and what does not
We do not carry self-service limit tools. There is no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session timer, no reality check and no cooling-off switch anywhere in the account. Saying that plainly is more use than listing controls that are not there.
What we do carry: the self-assessment above, age verification at registration and again during document checks, and an email route for breaks and closure that a person handles by hand.
Taking a break
Write to support@lizaro.com and say what you want — the account closed, or a break of a stated length. Acting on it happens as soon as is practically possible for us.
Two things follow from that being handled by hand rather than by a switch. Nothing about it is instant, so put the request in ahead of the moment rather than during it. And it covers this account only: making sure no further accounts open elsewhere is your responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for losses on accounts we do not run.
Closing the account
Closure goes to the same address, and it is only possible with no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal. Withdraw first, wait for the money to land, then ask. Closing an account that still holds a positive balance or an open request voids those funds — the one rule on this page worth reading twice.

Age
Under 18, registering is prohibited and illegal at the same time. We take responsibility for verifying the age of every customer, and winnings gained by an underage player are cancelled. Where a young person uses a device you own, a filter of the kind above does the job a login screen cannot.
Signs worth watching for
Sessions running past what you intended, coming round more often than planned, or riding stakes that crept up while you were not counting. Going back to win money back. Reaching for it to shift a mood, not to enjoy an hour. Gambling money pulled out of a budget that was set aside for something else. On their own these mean little; two or three together are worth a break.
